15 HEAT FORMAT

6 Groups racing 5 Heats each.
Perfect for 18 to 99 entries.

The 15 Heat format divides cars into 6 Groups.

Each group races against each other group over 5 rounds of racing.
3 Heats (2 groups in each heat) per round.

INSTRUCTIONS DOWNLOAD

PERSONILISED COMPETITOR GRIDS - Grids can be printed per competitor (as above) or per round (as below)
SAVE AND RELOAD EVENTS - Grid Draws, Competitors or entire Events can be saved, loaded and shared with others.
ANY NUMBER OF COMPETITORS - Calculate grids for any number of competitors between 12 and 99 entrants.

How to use the 15 Heat Format
Dirt Track Grid Draw Software.

ADDING COMPETITORS:
Competitors can be added one of two ways.

Direct Entry: You can simply enter each competitor in a new line on the Competitors list. This is best for events that use a Marble Draw or Time Trial to order entrants.

Seeded Groups: Clicking the "Seed Groups" button will give you the option to put each driver into aspecific group.

GROUP RACE ORDER:
The order that groups race each other can be changed before the grids are created.
Click in the box next to each heat race position an change them to any order you desire.
Must be A-F, ensure each letter appears 5 times, once in each colored section.

CREATE A GRID DRAW:
If you have entered all of your entrants into the competitors list, all you need to do is click the "Create Grids" button and the Grid Draws will be calculated.

Keep First Round Static: Checking this box will exclude the first round (Heats 1, 2 and 3) from being suffled when the grids are calculated.

PRINTING GRID DRAWS:

Print Groups: Prints competitor groups.

Print Heat Grids: Prints all Heat Grids. Three Heats (one round) per page. 5 pages in total.

Print Driver Grids: Prints each competitors indervidual Grid Draw. Prints the 5 heats each competitor is in, highlighting the competitors position.
